30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return request.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition (including tags, seals, and packaging).
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Trading cards must remain in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of tampering.
- Pre-owned items are eligible for exchange only, unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
- Submit a return request via our Contact Form (include your order number and reason for return).
- If approved, we’ll email you a return authorization and instructions.
- Do not ship items back without approval—unauthorized returns will be refused.
Damages & Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately via the Contact Form with:
- Your order number
- A description (and photos, if possible) of the issue
We’ll respond within 72 hours and provide a pre-paid return label if applicable. Faulty items will be tested before refund approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Subscriptions
- Exclusive/custom-made products

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item (following the return process).
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged/defective items.
Return Shipping
Buyer’s responsibility: You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Pre-paid labels: Provided for damaged/defective items.
